eBay Buys Rent.com



It seems eBay has been buying (or heavily investing in) everything it can get it's hands on lately. They have recently purchased classified listings sites around the world, Billpoint, Kruse, Baazee, invested in Craig's List, etc. Now they are in the process of wrapping up the acquisition of rent.com (the most popular apartment locator website).

Maybe eBay would like to acquire the rights to use my brain for a period of 5 years for $100M. Sounds like a good deal to me. :)

They bought the business, not the domain. Although that's a good domain to have.
