eBay Wins Patent Ruling

In an ongoing patent dispute with MercExchange, eBay won a major ruling today that could invalidate the one of the Virginia-based company's patents.

If it's upheld, it would invalidate the patent that led to a $25M patent infringement judgment against eBay.
